WHAT ARE P4A FLEXPOINTS?

P4A FlexPoints give members the flexibility they need to reserve organized open play or private court rentals. Plus, annual members don’t have to worry about putting their membership on hold when they plan to play outdoors in the summer or take a long vacation, all they need to worry about is how they’re going to play more to use up their points before their membership renews.

360 P4A FlexPoints for Annual Members

Each paid annual member receives 360 P4A FlexPoints annually to their account once their membership is activated. Members can use the credits to book a spot in our organized open play or reserve a spot in a private court rental. P4A FlexPoints are not transferable and can only be used by each member to book their own playing spots. P4A FlexPoints will expire 365 days from the time it is credited to the member’s account and cannot be rolled over. Once membership renews, members will receive their annual P4A FlexPoints allowance.

72 P4A FlexPoints For Quarterly Members (3-months)

Each paid monthly member receives 72 P4A FlexPoints to their account once their membership is activated. Members can use the credits to book a spot in our organized open play or reserve a spot in a private court rental. P4A FlexPoints are not transferable and can only be used by each member to book their own playing spots. P4A FlexPoints will expire 3 months from the time it is credited to the member’s account and cannot be rolled over. Once membership renews, members will receive their 3 months P4A FlexPoints allowance.

How P4A FlexPoint credits can be redeemed:

Rack&Play (open play) – 2 hour minimum - 2 P4A FlexPoints per player per reservation
Private court* Singles – 2 player split - 4 P4A FlexPoints per hour per player Private court*
Doubles – 4 player split - 2 P4A FlexPoints per hour per player
Private court* Small Group – 6 player split - 2 P4A FlexPoints per hour per player

On any open play or private court reservations, members have the choice to pay the discounted rate or use FlexPoints if available.

*RESERVATION RESTRICTIONS
To meet the potential demand of private court rentals, we have the following restrictions.
Number of total outstanding reservations allowed per member 2
Number of prime time spots (4pm-8pm) a member is allowed to reserve per week 2
Hours a member is allowed to reserve per week 12
We reserve the right to change or add restrictions to accommodate demand.

Non-members can join your private court rental but will need to pay the non-member price for their spot on your court.
(All non-members must sign up for a non-member account and sign waivers before they can play at P4A)

Once members have used up all their credits, members can book more playing spots at 20% off the non-member’s price.
